St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship By Investment Programs Extends Limited Time Offer

The Cabinet and the Citizenship by Investment Unit of St Kitts and Nevis have announced the extension of the Limited Time Offer in relation to the St Kitts and Nevis Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) until December 31, 2021.

The offer was first introduced last year to help the national economy recover after the loss of tourism induced by Covid-19.

With notice of April 1st, 2021 the St. Kitts and Nevis Government decided to extend the Limited Time Offer until the end of 2021. This extension of the Limited Time Offer of the St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Programme will therefore continue to support the national economy through the uncertain times of Covid-19.

Under this limited time offer, the cost of applying for a St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship for a family of up to four (4) people is effectively reduced by USD $45,000 compared to the standard donation amount of the SGF cost of USD $195,000.

Thus, until the end of 2021, the donation amount required to obtain Kittitian citizenship for a:

  • Single Applicant: US$ 150,000

  • Main Applicant & Spouse: US$ 150,000

  • Family of four: US$ 150,000

A family of up to four members can contribute US $150,000 to the St Kitts and Nevis Sustainable Growth Fund – the most straight forward option of the St Kitts & Nevis Citizenship-by-Investment Programme.

Additional dependants can be added for an increased contribution of USD $10,000 each, except for qualifying siblings who can be added at USD $20,000 each.
