Tax System

An attractive and competitive tax framework with an extensive network of double taxation treaties. Foreigners will not be considered domiciled in Malta for tax purposes, and as such do not pay income tax in Malta for foreign sourced income which is not remitted to Malta.

Lifestyle & Language

Malta has a high standard of living, a warm Mediterranean climate, excellent healthcare and education and a bilingual environment where English is an official language.

Residency Rights

Permanent residence status in Malta with the right to reside indefinitely in the country and with the option to apply for a work permit, if you would like to work in Malta. Compared to other Golden Visa Programs, one main advantage is that the MPRP allows to inherit the Golden Visa to future born family members.
